GrabAI was born from something deeply personal. Growing up, I watched my father run a small business that struggled to modernise. He wanted to take his company online but faced the same roadblocks that thousands of small businesses still face today: too many tools, too many costs, and too little accessible technical support. That experience shaped my mission: to make advanced technology simple, affordable, and empowering for small businesses everywhere.
What started as a small idea with a small team at UWE Launch Space has grown into a UK-registered startup developing a centralized AI ecosystem for SMEs. We saw a clear problem: small businesses waste time and money managing multiple disconnected tools for websites, automation, analytics, and security.
GrabAI solves this by bringing everything together, from AI-powered website creation (GrabWeb) and form automation (ZeroForms) to workflow management (GrabWork) and upcoming tools for GrabSales (sales & analytics), GrabCRM (CRM), GrabPay (payments), and GrabSecurity (cybersecurity), all under one intelligent platform.

In the UK, our goal is to become the leading AI partner for SMEs, helping to close the digital divide by offering enterprise-grade technology at small business costs. Globally, we plan to expand across regions like India, Malaysia, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Europe, where digital adoption is accelerating but accessibility remains low.
Today, as a UWE Launch Space incubatee, we’ve transformed that vision into working products, GrabWeb, ZeroForms, and GrabWork, and are now ready to scale it into a sustainable, secure, AI-first ecosystem.
